OUR VISION IS CLEAR. HERCULES IS UNDERGOING A REMARKABLE TRANSFORMATION.

This evolution is spurred on by our waterfront setting, convenient location, vibrant and relaxed lifestyle and diversified business enviornment.

Soon, Hercules will experience additional changes with the developement of the Hercules New Town Center. Planning for the center is progressing rapidly and the first space is expected to be available for occupancy in 2012. The new multi-use complex incorporates smart land-use planning and architectural concepts that draw on the rich traditions of this well-placed, century old community.

Covering close to 35 acres, Hercules Town Center will include retail and office space, entertainment, and urban-density residential development along a new Main Street corridor. It will also provide an expanded Park & Ride location with more parking and bus service directly to BART and San Francisco.

This project is just the tip of the iceberg for Hercules. Other projects underway with anticipated completion dates include:

-Intermodel Transit Center: 2012

-Sycamore Crossings: Spring 2012
